The Leadership of the Future
In the lecture "The Leadership of the Future", Michelle addresses the unprecedented challenge of balancing the pursuit of results with genuine care for people and the environment. In a scenario where the pressure for productivity coexists with the urgency for sustainable practices, Michelle demonstrates how leaders can cultivate solid relationships, inspire teams, and at the same time, achieve ambitious goals. With practical examples and strategic reflections, the lecture explores the importance of socio-emotional skills, environmental intelligence, and long-term vision for leading effectively — proving that it has never been so challenging, but also never so necessary to be a leader.
