Inspired by her TEDx talk "The Professional of the Future," which is one of the largest TEDx events in Brazil (+3 million views), Michelle has a new approach to the same subject, as the world of work has changed so much since 2018. She has just written a book called "The Professional of the Future," and her talk is based on her book. It is divided into 3 parts: The Context: The Revolutions of Work and the Era of Artificial Intelligence (AI yesterday, today, and tomorrow); The Impacts of AI, with emphasis on the impact on the job market, future jobs, and the skills needed to adapt to this new era; The Skills: Based on the study by the World Economic Forum, Michelle creates 4 blocks of essential skills for the future: - Innovative Mind (Creative Thinking, Curiosity, and Continuous Learning); - Technological Literacy + Leadership and Social Influence; - Emotional Intelligence (Motivation, Self-Awareness, Empathy, and Active Listening); - Mental Health (Resilience, Flexibility, and Agility)
